1Return/ Exchange Policy
The buyer has 3 Weeks from the purchasing date to return /exchange an item given he has the invoice or the exchange card as a proof.
- Item should be in the same condition you received it. If you use or damage it, it can no longer be returned. In case you ordered a product and requested a return and the product was found to be damaged, you will bear all delivery and return fees associated with this product.
- Return fees 2$
- If the item is a gift card, perfume coffret, mascara, eyeliner, nail polish, lip gloss, eye lashes and eye serums, then the item is not eligible for return.
- If the defective product can be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, then the item will be refunded. Instead, you can arrange to get the item replaced and delivered free of charge.
- The original package of any item should not be opened and should remain sealed.
- Items on promotion are exchangeable within 1 week at the initial purchased price.
- Items on clearance (Black Friday) are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
2Return Policy for Gifts
- In case the product received was a gift from another CF user, the gift receiver can request the return of such gift within 3 weeks from purchasing date by contacting CF on CF’ contact details mentioned on the delivery receipt. If the return is accepted based on the return conditions mentioned previously, the amount will be credited to the CF account of the gift receiver. If the gift receiver doesn’t have a CF account, they will need to create one. The amount cannot be claimed in cash. The amount may take time to reflect in your card statement, depending on your card provider.
